    I have been coming to this practice on and off for many years, the staff and practitioners are all lovely, thorough and caring. I also bring my boys here on a monthly basis, and one was treated at a very young age. Wouldn't have put my baby in anyone else's hands.

    Over the years I have seen many chiropractors. The way the Pickford Chiropractic use the adjustment table makes sessions basically painless and the adjustments more sustainable. This is the only way I would have adjustments done now I have found this method. Chiropractic adjustments are not achieved in one session. After the adjustment you do feel so much better but it takes a while and a number of sessions for the body to rebuild memory. I have had significant improvement after a back injury when I fractured L1. I also have situations with T5, T6 in the back and in the neck due to poor posture. The adjustments plan works well and I may not have to come back for ages just my routine wellness adjustments. Dr Julie at the Pickford Clinic has worked out my plan and treatments and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I trust her with not only myself but I have taken children to this clinic as well. Pauline Howard
